Have you ever said “No worries!” while deeply worrying? … same. ;) Anxiety has a way of convincing us that we’re too much, not enough, or somehow both at once. If you find yourself stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or replaying old relational patterns, you're not alone—and you’re not broken. I work with women navigating anxiety, trauma, and attachment wounds. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a touch of humor to make the process feel more relatable and human. Together, we’ll explore your story—especially the parts that may have been ignored, misunderstood, or minimized. Whether you're processing past experiences or learning to feel safe in your body and relationships again, I’ll walk alongside you. I incorporate EMDR and Lifespan Integration—gentle, body-based therapies that support healing from trauma and attachment injuries. I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy to help deepen emotional awareness, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you're curious about working together, I’d love to connect for a free consultation to see if we are a good fit. **Specialties:** Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity - not judgment. We'll move at your pace, making space for your story while gently exploring the patterns and emotions that keep you stuck. It's a warm, calm space where it's okay to not have it all figured out - and where humor, honesty, and healing can all show up together. **Credentials & Experience:** I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the NBCC - a recognition of meeting high national standards in counseling education, experience, and ethical practice. I'm committed to providing thoughtful, informed, and compassionate care.
