Hello! My name is Kadijah Villafana, LCSW. I am an African American, therapist specializing in trauma, grief, anxiety, and mood disorders: Depression, anger, bipolar disorders. I provide individualized treatment, carefully developed to improve the client’s understanding of their symptoms, their triggers and their reactions that follow. I provide interventions that help clients identify unhealthy thoughts and behaviors that perpetuate unhealthy outcomes; and I provide interventions that help clients develop healthy thoughts and habits that produce healthier outcomes.
