The Living Well Center aims to provide culturally informed holistic behavioral healthcare through a compassionate and person-centered approach. We provide therapeutic services to adults, adolescents and couples through the convenience of a telehealth platform. Additionally, we also provide clinical supervision for mental health professionals seeking advanced licensure. Our mission is to equip you to live your best life through strengths-based and supportive approaches. We are committed to your unique journey and will support you in working through life's challenges and healing emotional wounds that may present as anxious thoughts, depressed feelings and challenging relationship patterns.
