Special population focus on Service Members, Veterans, and those with substance use issues. A special focus on family members of the military community. Substance Use disorders and family and caregivers of those struggling with Substance use. Codependency. I am an Expressive Therapist with additional education in EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, DBT and offer a person-centered practice to assist you in regaining a sense of safety, control, feeling seen and better understanding. Additional consultation on Service Dogs (match, obtaining, training). When you feel overwhelmed, don't know what to do to feel seen, safe, in control and regain a sense a hope: counseling can be a great option. 1 on 1 counseling can help you to feel a sense of connectedness in your goals and set you on a path to feeling more like you want to feel. **Specialties:** I offer a Person Centered focus with options to use Expressive Therapy techniques, IFS, DBT, EMDR, somatic focus and option to Service Dog handling. Each individual is unique and their unique reaction to stressful events will help to narrow to treatment focus.
