I am passionate about working with children who have experienced early developmental trauma, anxiety, and challenging life stressors. I am trained in Family Attachment Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with a focus on children and adolescents, and play therapy with a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor credential. My goal is that you feel listened to and we find the most effective way to help your family. Whether that's by developing new parenting strategies, improving the parent-child relationship, or individual sessions where I meet with your child, we will figure out what's best for you. The Neurosequential Network acknowledges that I have completed NMT Training Certification through the Phase II level. NMT guides my work to assess each child's neurodevelopmental history, identifying specific brain areas that have been most impacted, and tailoring interventions in a sequenced, developmentally appropriate way. My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and developmentally informed. I support children facing trauma, anxiety, or major stressors using EMDR, play therapy, and attachment focused care.
