I offer a holistic approach to help explore a variety of mental health concerns through talk therapy, goal-setting, and education about self-care and nutrition. I meet you where you are at and help you design your treatment goals. I view whole-health and self-care as a foundation to mental health (sleep, nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and recreation). It takes a lot of courage to reach out and ask for help. When you are ready, you won't regret it. My office and personality provide a warm, calm, atmosphere. Whether you want to understand yourself, be more productive, or find peace, hope, or self-acceptance, I would love to help you see if together we can explore your intentions and improve your life. **Specialties:** I use a client-centered approach that begins with getting to know you, your strengths, your symptoms, and your struggles. Then we will collaborate to create a plan for helping you improve your concerns. We will use this as a guide, but you will choose what is important for us to spend our time on in sessions-talking, venting, feeling emotions, exploring core beliefs, practicing mindfulness, etc. **Credentials & Experience:** I have over 13 years of experience and am licensed in IN, MI, and CA to practice social work. I have additional training in trauma-informed care, nervous system reset, substance abuse recovery, integrative nutrition for mental health, cultural sensitivity, and mental health needs of service members.
