I am a trauma informed therapist which means I am aware of the effects of trauma on our physical, mental and emotional states. I help reduce or eliminate the symptoms of trauma using EMDR. EMDR therapy helps the mind, emotions, and body to heal from the memory. It brings me joy when my clients find freedom and relief from the effects of past trauma. You are not alone!
