Hello! I'm Jen, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing mental health counseling at Counseling and Consulting Professionals (CCP Clinic) through Telehealth only. I work with children ages 16 through 18 as well as with adults. I desire to build strong therapeutic relationships with each of my clients using a person-centered approach. I believe that a person's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are closely interconnected, and therefore primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I can incorporate focused mindfulness techniques, assertiveness training, and work with the family through periodic family sessions. I strive to provide an environment filled with kindness, compassion, and honesty in order to help create an atmosphere where my clients are encouraged to make positive life changes and find hope and healing. **Credentials & Experience:** I am licensed in both Wisconsin and Colorado.
