About

I have a passion for helping individuals reclaim their freedom from addiction and their loved ones navigating the treacherous journey. Having lost my beloved son to overdose in 2021, I also have a passion for supporting people through their grief, overcoming mental anguish from anxiety and depression, transforming negative self-talk to self-love and compassion, healing relationship disharmony, and healing and moving beyond traumatic experiences. I gently guide clients to explore their beliefs, process emotions, increase clarity, communication, and coping skills, and have the courage and confidence to pursue their dreams and goals. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Chemical Dependency Counselor, and Ordained Spiritual Counselor, I utilize a variety of proven techniques, a lifetime of experience, clinical skills, and spiritual and holistic principles within a safe, compassionate space. You will obtain a variety of tools to gain the confidence to face life's challenges. It can feel hopeless at times to break free from the cycle of pain and suffering. We can lose faith that change is possible. However, when we find the courage to take the first step and ask for help, we open the door for healing and transformation. Not only is change possible, it is achievable. I am here to support you every gentle step of the way. **Specialties:** I see many clients struggling with mood disorders, grief, chemical dependency, conflicted relationships, trauma, and psychedelic preparation/integration. I take my time to listen and understand your challenges and goals for treatment, and together we decide on the best course of action. Having someone to talk to that truly listens, cares, and provides the right tools is healing and transformative. **Credentials & Experience:** In addition to my education and certifications, I have a lifetime of experience, personal development, and spiritual growth to support you.

"Depending on your goals which drive our therapy sessions, I frequently utilize Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic and Somatic approaches, providing a variety of coping skills and tools to support you with increasing awareness, improving healthy dialogue inside and out, and healing the emotional wounds of the past for greater inner peace and Self connection."
