About

Sometimes, all you need is someone to listen; other times, you would like to experience a different perspective or therapeutic approach. Our sessions will be a collaborative journey to rediscover a meaning-filled life and unify your fragmented parts toward a better future. I believe we were created with a purpose, but suffering, tragedy, and evil can leave us feeling shattered, hopeless, and lost. Together, we will aim towards your purpose and unify the fragmented parts of your life. I am an Internal Family System (IFS) therapist that will use Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) in conjunction with IFS to treat previous trauma and attachment injury or shock. I have received Level 1 Training through the IFS Institute and Level 2 DBR Training with Dr Jessica Christie Sands. If you're interested in exploring the possibility of working together, I offer a complimentary consultation to see if my approach aligns with your needs. Don't hesitate to reach out when you're ready. Life is transformed when a meaningful mission is discovered. Let's journey toward who you were created to be. **Specialties:** I am an Internal Family Systems therapist who will include Deep Brain Reorienting to focus on the parts of you wounded by attachment shock, injury, or trauma. We work together to treat the shock of the past and heal your wounded parts to restore an inner harmony and sense of self. **Credentials & Experience:** I am an Associate Licensed Counselor who graduated with High Distinction from Colorado Christian University, a CACREP-accredited program. I am the founder of East Wind Counseling and I am supervised by Glenn Hollingsworth, PhD, LMFT-S, LPC-S.

"I will collaborate with you to set goals and use evidence-based therapies to achieve those goals. I typically use a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), Emotionally Focused Theory (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT). Our sessions will be a journey together to rediscover meaning and unify your fragmented parts toward a better future."
