Jeff Jewell
Counselor
·LCPCAbout
I enjoy working with people who are ready to start improving how they feel about themselves and their lives. Therapy with me is active and collaborative—we don’t just talk about problems, we work toward meaningful change you can actually apply day to day. I believe the relationship between counselor and client is one of the most important parts of growth. As I get to know you, I work to understand how your experiences have shaped the challenges you’re facing now. From there, we focus on building awareness, developing practical tools, and creating real momentum forward. I use a range of approaches to help people create real, healthy change in their lives. I’m especially passionate about helping clients challenge negative beliefs and develop a more balanced, confident sense of themselves. Together, we focus on what truly matters to you and how to move in that direction. Your goals become our roadmap. I tailor each session to your unique needs so you can make real, meaningful progress. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to speak openly without judgment. When you’re ready, you can book a session directly through my website. **Specialties:** I help clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, anger, relationship stress, and harsh self-talk. Many of the people I work with also feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who they are or where they're headed. In our first few sessions, I take time to really understand you—your story, your patterns, and what's been weighing on you. **Credentials & Experience:** With nearly 10 years of experience, I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, and feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I especially help adults who know something needs to change but aren't sure how to move forward in a way that truly works for them.
