Life is a very complex merry-go-round that doesn't seem to stop, whether that includes the best of times, or the worst of times. Despite what we go through, no one should have to go at it alone, and that is what I am here for as your therapist. While I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and minority stress, I am here to work with you across diverse lived experiences and concerns, as well as explore any goals that are important to you and your healing. Know that this space is an open door for you, one where we can experience empowerment, resilience, pain, and celebration with no judgment. Just a space for you. My approach to therapy incorporates a holistic perspective on your needs and wants from the therapy process. Equipped to work from a multitude of different counseling theories and interventions, we can work together to create goals that work best for your journey, as well as simply build a space for you to just be you.
