Everyone feels anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, or sad sometimes. When these feelings build up without a healthy way of releasing them they can affect our quality of life. I work with both adolescents and adults who are having a hard time navigating these concerns. My approach focuses on building a warm, non-judgmental environment where you can process your emotions and work toward meaningful goals while also being kind to yourself. I will work together with you in creating reachable goals, creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for you to identify and process your emotions.
