I assist people experiencing grief, adjusting to chronic illness, injury or mobility declines and those in need of support while being a caregiver. In all of these experiences it can be helpful to have a person to guide you through honoring your emotions, identifying ways to adjust to a different life, finding meaning, and stepping forward while honoring yourself and your loved ones. I offer video, in-office, and walking therapy sessions. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I serve as a guide offering structure, tools, and support as you define your healing process. My work is informed by a range of therapeutic approaches and my experience as a hospice and dialysis social worker. I began specializing in these services after several of my family members' diagnosis of chronic illness, providing caregiving and experiencing grief from their deaths. During those raw moments I found the extreme benefit a helpful hand. I realized the honor and chose the calling of being that helpful presence for others also stepping through these moments. **Credentials & Experience:** I draw on my six years of experience working with patients and families as a Hospice and Peritoneal Dialysis Social Worker.
