I am a passionate bilingual therapist committed to accompanying clients on their unique path towards their healing journey. It provides an environment for clients to explore the challenges they are facing in their lives. I use a eclectic approach, I empatethically support clients to overcome and understand complicated life events. I utilize what is best for each client to tailor their unique therapeutic needs. I specialize in working with clients in the areas of complex trauma. I have worked with many areas such as: anxiety, depression, substance use, and domestic violence During our time working together, we'll dive into exploring and processing the issues together to get to the root of what's going on. I'll challenge you in an empathetic and caring manner during this journey towards wellness and balance your life together. **Specialties:** My area of expertise is working with individuals of all ages who have experienced trauma in their lives. While I specialize in treating trauma, I have experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use and victims of abuse. During our first session, we will work collaboratively to create a tailoring plan for healing, growth, and resilience. **Credentials & Experience:** I have almost 4 years of experience in helping preteens, teens and adults in crisis. I hold a license in the state of Wyoming. I am trained in EMDR. I continue to get specialized training and continued education in trauma.
