My ideal clients are couples and individual adults who feel emotionally stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected -either in their relationships or within themselves. Couples often come to me feeling caught in painful cycles of conflict, distance, or silence. They may love each other but feel misunderstood, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. Individual adults often reach out when anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, or unresolved emotional pain begin to feel too heavy to manage alone. It is often through our struggles and life challenges that we are given the power and opportunity to find our deepest strength & courage. I help couples and individual adults understand what’s really beneath the surface of their struggles and move toward clarity, emotional safety, and connection. My work is grounded in a humanistic, trauma-informed framework and informed by my Gottman and EFT training to support self-understanding, emotional regulation, & meaningful and lasting change.
