I am a trained sex therapist. I am a unique clinician in Tulsa specializing with couples work majority over the last 12 years. I am passionate with understanding each person who comes in my office & helping each person connect to the love of their life by improving their emotional connection, facing fears, & becoming alive. I also have a special interest in restoring relationships, healing to recover from infidelity & removing emotional wedges to connection. I am fully trained & certified as an Emotionally Focused Therapist. This modality of therapy has given me a unique experience in being able to help couples come back to each other and discover the dance in their relationship. I also have earned a post-graduate certification in Sex Therapy and Sexuality Education from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. I am an extrovert and love people and to understand people on an individual level of what makes them come alive to truly live. I know life can be short as I lost my mom to cancer in my 20's & the best gift to give people you love is to be alive while you live and letting them know that they matter to you.
