About

You are NOT your diagnosis! I believe in helping to remove the stigma from mental health treatment. Everyone has a time when they need to talk to someone who will not judge them, helping them find the answers which lie within. I'm here for you from ages 13 - 100+. There is no issue too small or too big for solutions, I would like to help you find them. I use ACT, CBT, DBT Mindfulness & other therapeutic methods. Eclectic in my approach creates a person-centered therapy by working in tandem with YOU the client; based on what you determine you need. Only YOU know what is best for your experience of the world. Specializing in working with clients suffering from addictions, trauma, & personality disorders. Your behavioral health is as important as your physical health. You'll find a supportive & non-judgmental environment here. We are on this journey of self-discovery together. I'm your guide on this trip, helping you to remove the obstacles we encounter. A place where you see you are not alone; with someone who cares and desires the best for you. **Specialties:** During our initial sessions we will create a healthy relationship that creates a safe space of validation for you to share your experiences. We will create your plan for healing together, which will assist in connection to internal answers. This is not a quick or easy process. We will move at the pace that is comfortable for you to achieve what you want for complete behavioral health. **Credentials & Experience:** I am certified in treating trauma and personality disorders. As well as certified in anger management training, especially as it pertains to substance use disorders. Addictions can be the leading symptom of trauma. I can help you find your path to healing.

"I use a mix of treatments styles adjusting to each individual. Motivational Interviewing, to determine why you have entered into the therapeutic process and what you want from it. Mindfulness Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are some of the treatment types that may be used to help you create the life skills you seek."
