In our busy and stress filled days, the intense feelings generated by everyday life, childhood neglect or abuse, life transitions, separation/divorce and loss of a loved one often turn our busy world upside down. It is in the midst of these life events I have found my calling and work. You are not alone! Many others have journeyed the path of anxiety, despair, fear, loneliness and, yes depression to a place of hope and freedom and joy. My training and experience provide a unique insight into depression, anxiety, stress, trauma and loss. I base my work in a holistic approach that encompasses evidence-based techniques with a deep understanding of each client’s unique circumstances. I have lived in the Low Country my whole life, and have a long and enduring love for its people, culture and communities.
