One of my ideal clients is a new mother or new parents learning to adapt to the changes in their relationship with each other as well as with their new child. My other ideal client struggles with relationships of any kind and needs skills and guidance on how to make the wisest choices in regards to themselves and others. Creating their own path to success which can only be unique to you as it is your life you are trying to live as happy and as healthy as possible. Online Behavioral and Cognitive talk therapy. I have experience working with all ages of individuals, couples and family clients. I also enjoy helping individuals with their parenting needs. Life has its ups and downs. Sometimes you need a hand during these ups and downs. My goal is to help you get through your individual struggles in the healthiest way possible. I do not believe in long term therapy that lasts years. My goal is to give you the skills you need to get yourself up and going and free of holding on to baggage that only holds you dow **Specialties:** When you come to me, I will help you explain what it is you are needing help you and find the right plan to get you on your way out of therapy. I will build rapport with you for as many sessions as it may take (typically 1-3 sessions) and once we both think we understand what you need then the real work begins. Most clients will see an immediate improvement in the first 2-5 sessions. **Credentials & Experience:** I have trained in clinical settings such as therapy offices, hospital psychiatric units as well as in school settings.
