About
You and your partner feel stuck in the same painful cycle where arguments escalate quickly, or distance quietly grows. You miss feeling close, understood, and emotionally safe with each other. Beneath the conflict, you both want reassurance, connection, and to know your relationship can feel secure again. You may be navigating life transitions, rebuilding trust, or wondering how to stop hurting each other. You want tools, but more than that, you want to feel like a team again. I work from an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) lens to help couples slow down negative patterns and understand the deeper emotions driving conflict. Using collaborative and narrative approaches, I help partners feel heard, rebuild trust, and create a stronger, more secure bond rooted in empathy and connection. It’s hard to feel disconnected from the person you care about most. If you’re longing for more understanding, closeness, and steadiness in your relationship, you’re not alone. Change is possible. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you rebuild connection and rediscover each other. **Specialties:** You can expect practical movement early on. Even after the first session, we'll identify specific shifts or action steps you can begin implementing right away; small but intentional changes that support healthier communication and deeper connection. **Credentials & Experience:** I have training in Brainspotting, an evidence-informed trauma-processing method that helps process and resolve unresolved experiences from trauma, to improving self-confidence.
