Hi! I am Bridget Hahn Southwood. Do you feel alone and feel no one understands you? Are you struggling, feeling anxious and nervous? Do you struggle with abuse or other types of trauma and are not sure how to work through it? I would love to help you, have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am excited to start working with you! A few of my specialties are anxiety, depression, reducing stress, and trauma. I will work with you to decrease your symptoms. I would love to help you and teach you techniques such as deep breathing, listening to music to help you feel calm and relaxed. I provide a safe space for my clients in my office in Monticello, KY or through telehealth. I will encourage, support, while helping you through your journey to improve your mental health. **Specialties:** I work with clients struggling with Trauma, anxiety as well as other mental health issue.I will work with you to help you with whatever you are struggling with. I can work with you on deep breathing and other skills to reduce your symptoms. **Credentials & Experience:** I have 9 years of experience working with all ages. I have worked with clients that struggled with trauma ADHD, anxiety, depression and so much more.
