I am a licensed professional counselor with over 30 years experience, providing compassionate counseling and have been in private practice since 2005. I enjoy working with adults on their life issues, whether they are current problems such as adjustment to a divorce or long-standing issues such as PTSD or other trauma that occurred at an earlier stage of life. I enjoy working with clients on a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, sexual and physical abuse, family issues and life changes. **Specialties:** I assess my clients and guide you into treatment that typically makes an improvement in your life within the first few sessions. I prefer a collaborative approach and value my client's feed back and opinions.
