My clients are often those in helping professions or caretakers, who are constantly doing for others and need support to nurture their identity outside of those roles. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families who have past trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship stressors, family conflict, compassion fatigue, and more.
