Licensed Professional Counselor

You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, unprocessed trauma, relationship struggles, and the impact of ADHD and/or Autism. Whether you're a college student, young professional, neurodivergent adult, or a parent just trying to stay afloat, you're not alone. You deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported in your full complexity, without judgement. Therapy is not one size fits all. If you've felt stuck before, I'll meet you where you are and use what works best for you. Whether that's through IFS (Internal Family Systems), EMDR, Brainspotting, or other trauma related work, we'll process what's been holding you back and help you move toward the life you want. I can't promise therapy will always be easy, but I can promise you won't have to face it alone. We'll go at your pace, with compassion, creativity, and curiosity, creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. My goal is to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of your own life. **Specialties:** I help clients with trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and relational struggles. Treatment often involves learning to regulate the nervous system, explore inner parts, and build self-awareness. Clients can expect a warm, collaborative space where we work toward clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. **Credentials & Experience:** I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified trauma therapist through Spirit2Spirit, trained in IFS (Level 1), EMDR, and Brainspotting. I specialize in working with ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship issues and complex trauma.
"I help clients set boundaries, both with others and within themselves, and learn to regulate their nervous system so they can respond rather than react. Each treatment is tailored to the client's unique strengths, story, and needs. Therapy is collaborative and rooted in trust."
