My gentle and welcoming approach will allow you to trust yourself and guide you towards understanding your reactions and emotions during parenting struggles, anxiety loops, and high reactivity. I'm IFS trained and have been practicing therapy since 2024. With IFS, you'll gain insight into your inner dynamics and learn to nurture your needs. By healing and harmonizing the various parts within you, IFS therapy provides you with tools to better handle power struggles in parenting, increase your ability to care for yourself with compassion, and to improve your relationships.
