Do you ever feel stuck? Maybe your brain runs a mile a minute, or your emotions swing between “too much” and “completely numb.” You might feel stuck, burned out, or tired of trying to make sense of what feels impossible to explain. I’m Abby, and I work with teens, young adults, and parents who think deeply, feel intensely, and are ready to finally understand what’s actually going on inside. You deserve support that actually fits you. I don’t believe therapy should feel cookie-cutter. Together, we’ll explore what’s actually going on beneath the surface and create a plan that fits how you think, not how others expect you to. My approach blends evidence-based methods with empathy and humor so you can make lasting change in a way that feels natural. You don’t have to figure this out alone. You deserve to feel steady, hopeful, and at home in your own head. Therapy is a space to slow down, figure things out, and reconnect with who you are underneath all the noise. I’d love to help you reconnect with your strengths and start building a life that feels like you. Let's talk: call or schedule a call today! **Specialties:** I specialize in teens, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals. In our work together, we sift through various life issues. I believe in working together to create collaborative, attainable goals and find tools that actually work for you. My main goal is to create a safe, trusting environment for you (or your child) as you begin the journey to who you want to be. **Credentials & Experience:** I am a Licensed MFT in Tennessee and North Carolina. During my training, I achieved high clinical honors. Alongside these, I am also a AAMFT approved supervisor, meaning I have obtained the education and experience to train other therapists in their journey.
"I draw from an integrative, evidence-based approach meaning your needs guide our work together. In our first sessions, we'll assess your needs, goals, and strengths. From there, I'll try different modalities to help you shift unhelpful thought patterns, get in touch with emotions, and amplify what's already working. You are an active participant in your life, your confidence, and your therapy!"
